To finalise your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount within 2 days of receiving the booking confirmation.

Up to 3 weeks before arrival: cancellation free of charge

3 weeks to 1 week before arrival: 50 % cancellation fee

1 week or less before arrival: 90 % cancellation fee

We can also offer you special cancellation conditions for the summer season.

Our house is in a quiet and idyllic location, only about 2 km from the centre of St. Anton am Arlberg. You can reach the lifts and pistes in just a few minutes with the free ski bus. On arrival in St. Anton, follow the "D" entrance into the Timmlerweg, turn left into the Bacherweg after about 200 metres - after about 50 metres you will find our house on the left-hand side.

Free car parking is available directly at the accommodation.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
